How much is P&P

P&P is £2.95 (recorded delivery) on all items in the UK.  For overseas orders please contact us for a quotation.

Can I exchange items?

The Distance Selling Regulations (2000) specifically exclude items which have been made to order, and whilst we are happy to replace or refund items not up to our usual high standard, we will not accept returns which are simply not to the recipients taste. Any item to be returned, must be done so WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

Can I get samples of fabric and thread?

We are happy to send out samples of fabric and thread to check colours.  Just get in touch by email or phone.

How long is delivery?

Items are usually sent out within 14 days. Throughout most of year we will endeavour to get items out a little earlier if possible, but during November and December I am afraid it will be 14 days and we cannot  get items out any quicker.
