There are 2 ways to place an order

Order on-line and pay with credit or debit cards through Paypal

OR

Alternatively you can print out an order form and send it to us through the post with a cheque

Please note that all orders must be placed IN WRITING.  We are happy to discuss orders over the phone but we must have written confirmation before we proceed.  Goods can only be despatched once payment is received.

Orders are normally despatched within 14 days, but at busy periods this may be a little longer, so please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If timing is crucial, please ring and we can give you an estimate of how long it will take.

Please note that while we are happy to replace goods if the workmanship is not up to our usual high standard, we are unable to refund or exchange personalised goods, if it is simply not to the recipients taste.
