Terms and Conditions
The Distance Selling Regulations (2000) specifically exclude items which have been made to order, and whilst we are happy to replace or refund items not up to our usual high standard, we will not accept returns which are simply not to the recipients taste. Any item to be returned, must be done so WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
All items will be send by Royal Mail, recorded delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and the parcel must by collected or alternative arrangements made WITHIN 7 DAYS. If items are returned to Namesake Designs because of non-delivery, the buyer will be responsible for any further delivery charges. Items cannot be cancelled and a refund given on items returned as undelivered.
All items ordered via Paypal will be sent to the address supplied. We cannot accept any responsibility for items where the recipient has moved house and not changed their address with Paypal.
